Villa Koenenkamp stands in Bremen’s Horn-Lehe district as a two-storey villa from 1914 to 1915. Its classical façade combines a hipped roof, a three-axis portico and a triangular pediment with a coat of arms.

Architects August Abbehusen and Otto Blendermann designed the house for silk merchant Wilhelm Koenenkamp. Rounded bay windows and upper-floor terraces shape the main building, while a single-storey annex extends along its eastern side. Two additional three-storey residential buildings later joined the property, which now accommodates offices, medical practices and homes.

Since 1999, protected heritage status has preserved this architectural setting. Nearby, the Tea House of Gut Kreyenhorst and Villa Schütte add further character to the cultural landscape around Marcusallee.
