Villa Hunckel stands in Bremen’s Schwachhausen district, beside Parkallee and within the Bürgerpark area. Its plastered façade rises two storeys beneath a mansard roof. An octagonal tower climbs three storeys above it and ends in a bell-shaped dome. A veranda and bay windows complete the outline.

Bremen has protected the building as a monument since 2001. That status records its architectural and historical significance. Parkallee developed in 1890 and includes many historic buildings, several under monument protection. The surrounding architecture records Bremen’s changing urban forms. The bell-shaped dome remains the clearest detail above the two-storey walls.
