Spreebogenpark is a riverside park in Berlin’s Tiergarten, following a curve of the River Spree between Moltkebrücke and the government district. Completed in 2005, it reaches the Paul Löbe House and the Chancellor’s Office. Wide lawns, narrow paths, seasonal plantings, wildflower meadows, and perennial gardens shape the grounds.

The site once formed part of the Alsenviertel, a historic embassy district largely cleared for Hitler’s planned Germania. Only the Swiss Embassy survived the destruction of the Second World War. Wildflowers and perennial borders recall those former embassy gardens, while the park belongs to the Band des Bundes, linking government buildings across the Spree.

From the rising lawn, you can look across the river towards Hauptbahnhof and glimpse Potsdamer Platz beyond it. Other views include the Charité hospital and the International Trade Centre. Wheelchair accessibility lets more visitors experience this open stretch of riverbank and its changing plant life.
