Stadiumi Niko Dovana is a multi-use stadium in Durrës, Albania, and the home ground of football club Teuta.

Football remains the stadium’s central use in Durrës. The venue took its current name in 1991, honouring Niko Dovana, Teuta goalkeeper and club financier. Teuta connects the ground with Durrës football history.

Founded in 1920 as Klubi Sportiv Urani, the club later adopted names including Sport Klub Durrës and KS Lokomotiva Durrës. The name Teuta recalls Queen Teuta of Illyria. In Albania’s first national championship, Teuta finished fifth among six teams, then became runner-up the following season. Goalkeeper Niko Dovana scored in a 1-1 final first leg.

The stadium has also hosted Albania national team friendlies, including a match against Uzbekistan in 2010. Two national team friendlies took place at the venue. After Albania’s 2019 earthquake, the stadium provided shelter for affected people. That role places sport beside community support in the venue’s recorded history.
