The Pallati i Kulturë Aleksandër Moisiu is a theatre and cultural palace in central Durrës, Albania. People also call it the Aleksandër Moisiu Theatre or Durrës Theatre.

The building dates from the 1950s and opened with Fatmir Gjata’s comedy The Girl from the Village. Pandi Stillu directed that first theatrical production. Its name honours Alexander Moissi, an Austrian actor with Albanian roots and an international career. The venue hosts plays, concerts, films, and social events.

The theatre forms part of the Pallati i Kulturës, a larger complex built in the early 1960s. The complex also contains the Nikolet Vasia Art Gallery. Mid-twentieth-century architecture marks the building, whose cultural spaces sometimes share room with municipal offices and public services. An Aleksandër Moisiu cinema hall has also received restoration.

Plans call for a complete reconstruction intended to modernise the theatre and cultural palace for audiences and performers. The city amphitheatre may host performances during reconstruction.
