Pastelería Escribá Rambla De Les Flors is a Barcelona pastry shop on Las Ramblas, surrounded by the city’s culinary and architectural traditions. Restoration preserved the original shop while modernising the back area and keeping the façade discreet. One enduring detail is the Pastel Rambla, created in 1986 as a tribute to Las Ramblas. Chocolate sponge, orange marmalade, truffle, and seventy percent dark chocolate form its distinct layers.
