Palau dels Cervelló stands in Barcelona as a rectangular historic residence shaped by more than six centuries of change. Its façades face Carrer Montcada and Carrer Seca, while an open courtyard organises rooms across several levels. Pointed-arch windows, sculpted Renaissance openings, and later straight lintels show how medieval, Renaissance, Baroque, and nineteenth-century work overlap.

Around 1620, Sebastià Giudice acquired the property, which later passed through the Cordelles, Vilana, Dalmases, Figuerola, and Magarola families. Renovations added a long balcony, altered the upper façades, and restored earlier features under Adolf Florensa. A paper bag factory occupied the building between the 1930s and 1950s, followed by art spaces including Galeria Maeght and Fundació Gaspar, before Museu Moco brought modern and contemporary art here.

A large stone entrance opens onto the courtyard, where a staircase rises beneath broad arches resting on slender columns. Three main-floor windows carry stone balconies with iron railings, while the upper gallery uses octagonal pillars and gargoyles to drain rainwater.
