Casa Enric Llorenç stands on a chamfered corner in Barcelona’s Eixample, among the district’s characteristic residential blocks. Josep Pérez i Terraza designed the building, begun in 1904 and completed in 1907. Its symmetrical facade combines historicist sculpture with pilasters, balconies, wrought iron, and three prominent tribunes.

Antoni Millàs i Figuerola extended the building toward Carrer de Còrsega in 1916. The main floor gathers the richest decoration, including cream-and-ochre sgraffito beneath a square central tribune and two semicircular side tribunes. Four columns rise along the chamfered corner, changing from lined shafts below to twisted, decorated forms across the middle floors. A city council competition awarded the building an honorary mention, commemorated by a plaque on the facade.

Inside, a rococo-style vestibule leads through a segmental arch to a marble staircase with a lantern-topped pillar. White plaster reliefs cover the walls, while a barrel vault carries a fresco of cherubs and floral motifs. The original roofline included five medallions, a rose window, and two turreted corners with pointed domes.
