Nassaubrug is a swing bridge in Antwerp’s old harbour, crossing the narrow waterway between Bonapartedok and Willemdok. It stands beside the right bank of the Scheldt River.

The bridge connects the dock complex with Eilandje and Sint-Laureiskaai, while its crossing serves pedestrians and cyclists. The present bridge structure on this site dates from 1912. Its history reaches 1867, while an earlier Iron Bridge opened in 1822. A. Van Alstein designed its hydraulic swing mechanism. An old water cylinder remains displayed in the bridge pit, recalling the harbour’s hydraulic engineering.

The adjacent control house combines pink sandstone, rubble stone, blue limestone, and art nouveau design. Frans De Winter designed the 1902 building for harbour officers and bridge keepers, with inscriptions on its north and south façades. The bridge is a protected monument and listed architectural heritage, while the control house is also protected. Restoration in 2004 replaced the bridge with a faithful replica, preserving its historic form. A commemorative plaque from 2006 honours Jean Nicolas Mengin.
