Domeinen Klaverblad en Cleydael en kasteel van Hemiksem forms a green landscape south of Antwerp, across Aartselaar, Hemiksem and Wilrijk. Open farmland, tree lines, old deciduous woods and castle parks meet beside roads, housing and industry.

Klaverblad combines a stable, early twentieth-century neo-Flemish Renaissance architecture and valleys shaped by the Hollebeek and Struisbeek. Its grounds include avenues and open countryside. Hemiksem Castle stands within a rectangular moated park, with a U-shaped building, pond, hedges, lawns, greenhouses, orangery and ice cellar. Nearby, Monnikenhof adds a 1908 country house, chapel and moat. Cleydael Castle occupies an island formed by the Vliet, with a square water castle and trapezoidal courtyard. A former bailiff’s house, soldiers’ house, barn, workshop, defence tower and coach house surround the historic complex.

The Vliet valley carries reed beds, old woodland and visible traces of small landscape features. Walking and cycling routes connect the estates with meadows, avenues, fortifications and a historic farm. A meadow southeast of Klaverbladdreef may conceal a Second World War command bunker.
